In the words of Nick Horne from Rude Honey: 'We don’t blend our honey, each super box is extracted separately, jarred and labelled with the predominant flavour, with the area from where it was harvested. We feel this makes our product unique and truly artisan.'
Please note:
Most honey will start to crystalise over time and when it is stored in a cold environment. This is perfectly normal, and the honey will retain its flavour and health-giving properties. If you would prefer it to be liquid, then you can gently warm the jar in a bowl of warm water.
